School Identity

All schools share one ResultPing WhatsApp number. Students select your school by this code (or your school name / menu number), so keep it short and memorable.

Payouts

ResultPing collects student payments centrally and automatically settles your school's share to your bank account. Just connect the account below — ResultPing sets up Paystack for you, there are no codes to copy.

Create Checking Window

A checking window is one result-release period (e.g. a semester). Create it, upload results, then open it for students. Set the fee to 0 to make checking free — students then get their result instantly with no payment.

Your Windows

Only open windows are visible to students. Use Recompute after fixing course units or the grading scale.

Upload Results

Accepts CSV or Excel. Two modes are auto-detected per row: include GPA and CGPA columns to store your own numbers as-is, or omit them and ResultPing computes GPA, CGPA, outstanding courses and remark from the grading settings below.

Preview what students receive. Pick a window to see every uploaded result; search by matric or name, and click a row to see the full course breakdown.

Grading Scale

Map each letter grade to its grade point. Used to compute GPA/CGPA.

Courses & Credit Units

Course codes must match the column headers in your upload file. Missing courses are auto-created with 1 unit — fix them here, then Recompute the window.

Remark Bands

CGPA ranges mapped to a remark shown on the student's result, e.g. 3.50–5.00 → "Distinction".

Outstanding Course Threshold

Any course whose grade point is below this value is flagged as "outstanding" (failed / to be repeated).
